Mary completed her workshop training in November 2018 and she is currently working on becoming certified as a postpartum doula.

Mary is a mother of two children ages 6 and 3, whom gave her the most hands on experience on newborn care, breastfeeding, baby wearing, cloth diapering, and gentle sleep adjustments.
Mary graduated from Clayton College of Natural Health in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Holistic Nutrition and in 2013 she obtained an Associate’s of Science in Restaurant Management from Diablo Valley College. She is very passionate about health and nutrition and enjoys making delicious meals with local, organic and seasonal foods.
Mary wanted to become postpartum doula because she is very passionate about helping new parents feel supported and nurtured those first weeks after birth.

Mary also love making nutritious meals and helping and supporting older siblings in adjusting to the new family member.
