Dina is a birth doula and realized her passion for supporting pregnant people upon having her first baby. She has been an RN since 2011 and has worked as a home health visiting nurse, in community clinics doing primary care and as an advice nurse. Four months after the birth of her first daughter she took a birth doula training which immersed her into the birth world and she never looked back. She is now in Nurse Midwifery school and focusing on doula work full time. She believes that being with people during pregnancy, birth and postpartum is truly a privilege and her goal is to have you leave your birth experience feeling empowered and excited to take on your new role as a parent as well as any other role that you may play in life. Dina believes that birth is a transformative experience and one deserves to look back on their experience and feel as though they were heard, valued, trusted and truly supported on every level. She forms bonds easily with the families she meets and makes sure to give her all every single time. She is able to be a true advocate for her clients while at the same time forming a great rapport with medical staff. In addition to English, she speaks fluent Spanish and Russian. She is a mother to two wonderful girls (aged 2 & 4 years old).
