Lidia, a mother of two grown daughters, grew up in Brazil with a family who immigrated from Japan. Before she moved to the US as an adult, she used to work for multinational companies but eventually left the corporate world for a more meaningful path.
After working for several years as a professional nanny, she became a certified postpartum doula in 2013. She has also completed a Newborn Sleep Class so that she can be able to help families she encounters with newborn sleep issues. Being a doula is her true passion, as she enjoys providing gentle and non-judgmental support to families and their newborn babies.
When clients describe Lidia, they most commonly say she is calm, professional and knowledgeable. It is her wish that new mothers feel emotionally and physically nurtured, cared for and supported during their new role in life.
